We teach students from 3 years old through adulthood. Our programs are adapted for each age group. Children and adults learn in separate sessions for comfort.

No prior experience is necessary. We welcome complete beginners. Our coaches start with basic water safety and confidence.

Group sizes are kept small, typically 4 to 6 students. This ensures personal attention. It also allows for a safe learning environment.

Please bring a swimsuit, towel, and goggles. We provide any necessary training equipment. Lockers are available for personal items.

Yes, we ask for at least 24 hours notice for rescheduling. This helps us manage coach availability. Please contact us to make changes.
